The script works by looking for FAT, ex FAT and NTFS volumes in the current case.
When it finds such a volume the script will create an internal list-item containing the volume's case-moniker and offset; also the 4-bytes at offset 440 on the host disk (these bytes represent the disk-signature on Windows disks).
I have to assign the letter again manually through Disk Management, and that becomes annoying. Make sure that Windows recognizes the partition (s) on the connected USB drive and the partition is formatted with the NTFS, FAT32 or ex FAT file system.
